Keeps crashing after most recent update.

They started my free trail without consent

I downloaded this app not know there was different subscriptions you could choose from. Like other apps you can do a free trail and they will charge you after the trial ends. I didn’t want to start a free trail because it just wasn’t for me so I uninstalled the app. I had already created an account with my email so after i uninstalled the app I got an email saying they saw I did not start my free trial so they did it for me?! Like no thank you I could have hit the button if that’s what I wanted but I clearly didn’t choose to start the trial. If I didn’t see the email I wouldn’t have even been aware and now I’m concerned I’m going to get a huge charge on my card for something I didn’t consent to. I wouldn’t download this.

Customer support

The customer support for this app is horrible! Days to respond or they just looks at it and don’t respond! Plus people in the USA need to wait for someone in Belgium to respond.

Life changing

This app has been a lifesaver since my ex husband and I split a couple years ago. I honestly have no idea what we’d do without it. - It helps keep our finances super organized. - You can add any custody schedule to fit your family needs. - We both share a calendar within the app to keep up with the kids sports and doctors appointments. We’re notified via the app if one of us adds/removes anything from the calendar. And those are only a few of the many features they have. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to make your life and coparent relationship easier with this app. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t start trial - unless you are committed

There is nowhere to contact the company if you miss (day of) trial deadline. The bot stopped working when I asked for contact information to speak to a human.

Can’t communicate with mobile app

The keyboard covers the message box, so you can only see the first two lines of what you are writing. Then the messages aren’t delivered unless you refresh the app, so you can write thinking there hasn’t been a reply, when there has been. Makes challenging conversations extra challenging! The concepts are good but the execution is so faulty, looking for an alternative.

Glitches Never Updates

So frustrated with not being able to upload documents or new schedules. Very glitchy. This is making it really difficult and it’s insulting that it’s nearly $30 a month for it to not work.

Customer support seems to be nonexistent. No way to talk to a person to resolve the charge. Would not recommend to anyone

Update issue

Since the new update, all our messages are whited out so that you can not see them. The update says something about a shiny new app with dark mode as light as you want it but I do not see any improvements, only issues. When we reached out to “Alexander” she stated it was due to the dark mode and sent a way to undo dark mode on my entire phone, there is no way for just the app. So right now the app is useless for messaging.

Hacked

This app can be easily hacked by the other user with ChatGP3 or Chatbot and other AI platforms.

Don’t subscribe - annual renewal clause

Beware the annual renewal clause. Most companies offer a “you subscription is about to renew”. This company doesn’t give a warning, hopes you forget about it and renews you.

Fire your UX designer and developer

This is not a user friendly app. You would think an app that we actually pay money for would work well. Google chat/calendar is free and it works better. I don’t get any prompt notifications. I always have to check the app to see if I got new messages. When there is a new message, I need to completely leave the app and go back in to have it refresh. It’s very glitchy. When I try to turn on all the notifications (which took me forever to find.) it won’t let me turn them all on!! I click all of them on and save. When I go back to the original page to double check(why do I have to double check??) if the notification buttons are all on, half of them are off again!! It’s, also, overall, a very ugly designed app. I don’t even want to look at it.

Fantastic coparenting app

The flexibility to create your custody schedule according to your agreement makes this app phenomenal. it easily integrates into Google calendar so you don’t have to look into two different places I’ve really enjoyed the app!

Good/Great, Some a room for Improvement

Great app that is helping our family effectively navigate the coparenting space. We don’t need tone-meter support so this app not having that is a non-issue for us. Would love to see the Expenses section off a “refunds” option or possible an expense cancellation option that would adjust the amounts split back to each parent for that item. Would also be nice to have an option to change category percentages with mutual agreement (and just have an audit history available for documentation?). Sometimes app logs me out and is in French but when I close/reopen app it also always is immediately reverted to the Eng version. Recent update was nice for visual as well as some calendar blips functionality improving. Not a cheap app so some ongoing dev would be a good return on investment.

DO NOT GET THIS APP

I have tried to cancel in SOOOO many different ways. I get no response then $150 comes out of my account from them. If I could give this no stars I would. It’s trash considering it’s a site that is supposed to help single parents co parent. Single parents can’t afford to be charged and lose that much money.

With the recent update I’m not able to attach a photo of a receipt from my photos gallery.

Update broke the app

I’ve been using this app for years. It’s always been a bit clunky but it served its purpose. The recent update makes the app look much better and it’s easier to navigate. HOWEVER, it is constantly crashing on me. It won’t always allow me to send pictures or make updates. I end up having to use the browser more than the app. :(

Avoid this company

Signed up for a year, stopped using the app altogether after about 3 months it’s just to difficult and buggy. Woke up to find they hit my bank for another $149, no notice no courtesy email. Immediately contacted them to delete account and refund they refused

Inadequate

This app has crashed countless times. It’s hard to navigate and has the most basic technology which, as I noted is unstable. I’m not sure there are better apps out there - as the ones I tried earlier also are poorly made. But he warned.

Worthless

Super glitchy and not near as intuitive as it should be. Waste of money considering we have all of these features on our phones already. People just need to grow up and be parents.

Ever since our subscription changed the app no longer functions as it’s supposed to. I cannot open the app to get app support, and selecting the app support button on here just redirects me to log into my account over and over.

Unethical Company - Do Not Purchase

The app is not worth the cost. Can do same thing in Google or Apple calendar. They billed my renewal without advance notice and would not let me cancel even though I do not use or want app. Would not recommend. They then promised to refund after I threatened bad reviews, and still did not refund. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Poor customer service

I had used this app for three years. I was satisfied with it. Then I was told by the court that I had to use a different app. I was charged for one year $120 on Feb 15. I sent an email on Feb 16 that I needed to cancel and needed a reimbursement. Was told that I didn’t cancel by one day so I was charged for the entire year. Instead of offering to bill for one month and reimburse the rest. Was basically told too bad. After three years of being a loyal customer. That’s not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Try everything you can not to use this service.

Crashes consistently. System or fail and won’t send messages. Very slow and often dose not function at all. They are a predatory company who pray on your need to have a safe consistent way to communicate.

Used to love this app

I was absolutely in love with this app. I could access it from my desktop or my phone, I loved getting the alerts and not having to directly communicate via text. But now I can only access from the desktop. I’ve done everything in power that I know what to do. Restarted my phone, deleted the app etc and all I get is a white screen, or an occasional login and then it freezes. Super annoying when I only have the desktop at work.

Money hungry rascals- poor application and awful “customer service”

Trust the negative reviews. I was ignored by customer service time and time again. They do not fix any reported issues you may have and they do not honor their refund policy for defective service. They do not care about anything but your $. Nothing is made clear on their application either- you must go on the desktop website to get full information. I hope you choose not to walk into the trap like we did.

I was stunned when I read the prices for monthly, yearly and life. Ridiculous. $25 a month???? Lol absolutely not.

Can’t get past the calendar ending date

I just downloaded the app - a very expensive app. I am trying the register all of the information and could not get past entering the parenting schedule ending date. I had to go to the website to enter the ending date beacause I could not in the mobile app. Also, when trying to create the parenting schedule on the computer, it would not consistently recognize the parenting schedule for 1st, 3rd and 5th weekend. I could not figure out why. There is also no customer service number to contact. The person listed on livechat help is always the same girl, and there’s always quite a delay in her response. Regarding this issue, she said she would give it to the developer. It is a basic function in the program, and the exact reason I chose this one was so I did not have to calculate it all by hand. Very frustrating.

Amazing Co-Parenting App

This app is perfect for parents who can’t seem to get along or need those boundaries. Also, perfect for other caregivers involved. I love it because it keeps track of parenting days, events, expenses and appointments. Also, information can’t be deleted! I recommend this app.

Used to be a good tool

My kid’s dad and I have been using this app for over a year. It used to work fairly well and synced to Outlook calendars, phones, etc. Now I can’t log in on any device. I’ve tried multiple times to reset passwords and emails to reset were not received. Both desktop version and app just spin. We have had several issues like this in 2019. I do not currently recommend this app.

All About the Money

I paid for the year, last year. (gave up on it after about 6 months). Then looked at my bank account last week and I was surprisingly charged for another year. I’ve never had a company NOT send an email letting you know they’re about to charge you, or some kind of reminder. Nope, not a single word from these people. But they sure as heck didn’t mind taking my money. I clearly would have gone in and cancelled. When I contacted “customer service” I was basically told too bad. I even tried to explain I am currently unemployed, I cannot afford this and it was only a day or two after they took the money, they don’t care. It was an easy $120. Don’t bother with them, there are plenty of similar apps that are FREE.

Not working no help

Latest update broke the app for me. Many messages to support. All have yet to be answered. Maybe a “working on it” would help, but no response???

Very glitchy

I have been using this app for three years, and as of today the app has been unable to open in my phone for 3 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Customer service is basically useless, so good luck if you run into problems. Considering the fee paid to use the service I am ready to switch when my time runs out.

We have been using 2houses for four years and it has been an invaluable help for keeping track of schedules and changes, as well as expenses. Support is fairly responsive and it has made Co-parenting a lot easier.

A very helpful app for us as we begin having two houses and making all that more official. I especially appreciate the calendar ability to setup a custody schedule, and then look at any given date in the future and know where the kids are scheduled to be. Thank you for making this app!

I appreciate that this tracks finances and all communication is stored and time stamped. The messaging system could be a bit more user friendly - wouldn’t have to close it and go back in to see responses and the calendar could be as well. If you are trying to put in an ongoing schedule that is unique to you, it only allows for start days as Sundays or Mondays.

Works great as a joint calendar!

My ex husband and I use this app mainly for its joint calendaring and it works great! We haven't used many of the other features, but as a calendar, we haven't experienced bugs. Thanks for making a reliable app!

Love this app

We have been using this app for over a year and it has been very helpful. The color coded calendar for custody is easy to look through, and i like the requests for schedule changes which stay tracked regardless of whether they are accepted or declined. The messaging works fine. The daily digest send a summary of activity of the app, including new calendar items, new message, etc. there is a photo album and journal which I use for important kid info like notes from doctor appt, scores on tests, etc. the developers are responsive to input about bugs/fixes. Very useful app

Started using this right after our separation to keep our schedules for the kids and what days we had them. This is a great app to keep in communication with your ex when you share custody. This will let you have a little or as much communication with your ex but still keep in sync about the kids. I want as little direct communication with my ex so for me, it was a blessing. The staff is very helpful when you have a question and is quick to respond. This is my second year using it. Well worth the money spent.

Overall a good app

The app has a lot of potential- there are some portions that are somewhat confusing. A tutorial that walks you through might be helpful. Overall, an excellent tool to navigate parallel or co-parenting.
